The ones I’ve looked at for my Volvos all point back rather than down, so there’s no additional clearance issues. I know they don’t work that way for all makes/models though.

Looks good, although I’ve had the old versions trouble-
free
for almost 10 years.. May need a new one for the new truck.

That’s the version I have on the Tacoma. Works well, doesn’t stick down too far. Drains a little slower than just pulling the bolt, but it’s nice to be able to do a complete oil change without tools and staying clean.

Dang, I wonder if they make one for my Mazda 3. I put so many miles on it, I change the oil at least 3x a year.

I’ve used the old style ones for ten years, they’re great. Idk how I feel about the two piece design.
